The Southern Scholarship Foundation provides rent-free housing to “students who lack financial resources, demonstrate excellent academic merit, and exemplify good character.”

The Southern Scholarship Foundation provides housing to students across the state of Florida, with nine homes available in Gainesville.  Visit the Southern Scholarship Foundation for more information on eligibility criteria and the application process.
