competitive scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students in all academic majors with at least two years before graduation; must be interested in a commission as an officer in the U.S. Air Force; 2.5 GPA; full-time student; meet Air Force standards for physical fitness; pass an Officer Qualifying Test; be medically qualified; U.S. citizen
