We are excited to announce the Ashoori Law Good Deeds Scholarship. This $1,000 scholarship is intended to assist one driven, kind-hearted college student with a history of going beyond themselves to do good for others.

Ashoori Law is impressed by the work college students are doing every day to better the lives of others. Our goal for this scholarship is to help a college student pay for their tuition or other expenses.

Eligibility

 

  • You have performed an act of kindness for another person (this can be a single act or a history of ongoing kindness)
  • You are enrolled or accepted in an accredited U.S. undergraduate or graduate program.
  • You have a 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • You must submit an essay for consideration (details below)
  • You must submit a transcript of your last completed semester of schooling (official or unofficial)
  • You must fill out our Scholarship Application Form to the right of this page.
  • This scholarship will be awarded annually.
  • Your application must be submitted by May 1 of the calendar year for consideration.
  • The scholarship winner will be announced on June 1 of the calendar year.

Essay

Please write an essay of between 750 to 1,000 words introducing yourself, explaining your act of kindness, the impact it has had, and how it has shaped you.

Our Scholarship

Our team at Responsify is wonderfully unique. We are a group of people who work with our many strengths to empower people, a value we all share. With qualifications and interests in strategizing, storytelling, designing and writing to name a few, we recognize that working together creatively is when things really take shape.

We believe that with the correct tools anyone can reach their aspirations and use their skills to empower others. Every year, Responsify awards a scholarship to those that present an inspiring example of empowerment in their essays.

Current students will be tailoring their talents, getting ready to apply them in their lives and in their careers and we’re excited to contribute to this exciting journey with a scholarship. Our scholarship will be awarded to a student who can demonstrate how their major can be used to empower others in a self-reflective essay.

Eligibility

  • All applicants must be enrolled, or due to be enrolled, as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited US college or university for the semester that they are applying to receive the scholarship.
  • Applicants are not required to have a minimum GPA.
  • Domestic, international, online and undocumented students may apply

    • How do you think your major can be used to empower others?
    • When was the last time you felt empowered? What inspired this?

Starting in 2019, we are now offering a yearly academic scholarship with a cash value of $1500 – awarded to the student who surpasses other contenders with this opportunity. This new yearly contribution is part of our commitment to give back and invest in the developing academic community; to help a talented, aspiring individual realize their potential impact on local businesses.

The Purpose of our Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is two-fold. First, it will help an ambitious student with academic potential to pursue their studies. Who Can Apply for the Scholarship?

The SunTec Auto Glass Scholarship is open to any American student who meets the following criteria:

  • Currently a student of an accredited university, college or community college OR are a high school senior and you plan on attending an accredited university, college or community college the following semester after your graduation.
  • Has a grade point average (GPA) score of 2.5 or higher.
  • Can supply an essay of at least 1000 words by the application deadline of December 15, 2020.
  • Any student, no matter their degree choice or education sector, can apply – provided they meet the above requirements.

The 2020 winner’s first name and last name initial will be updated on this page permanently and all future scholarship award winners. This serves for verification of our scholarship award being received and to commemorate the student for their achievement.
