The Army offers one of the most generous and comprehensive scholarships in the health care field. It’s called the F. Edward Hebert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP, for short). Whether you want to become a Physician, Dentist, Veterinarian, or Clinical Psychologist, if you qualify, could earn a full-tuition scholarship, plus a monthly stipend.
SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY:
• Be a citizen of the United States.
• Be enrolled in your senior year of undergrad and/ or have a letter of acceptance to an accredited graduate Medical or Dental program in the United States or Puerto Rico. Veterinary and Psychology must already be current students since scholarships are 1-2 years for those programs.
• Meet eligibility criteria for appointment as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Reserve.
• Maintain full-time student status during the entire length of the program.
